Can you not watch one hour with Him? Exposition of our Lord in the Most Blessed Sacrament of the Altar begins at 5; please come for as long or as little as you like. We will end with vespers, the evening prayer of the Liturgy of the Hours, around 5:40, and benediction of the Most Blessed Sacrament.
